what's a stack?
Stack Day
Stack day is just any day that each member invites someone from the same
profession.
Why would you do this?
For the same reason as you would interview more than one candidate for a
job. It creates interest in the opportunity and provides choices to select the
right referral partner for your chapter.

A properly run stack day program can add a member a week until your
chapter is at the size where you can optimize your referrals given and
received. All you need to do is choose a chapter goal and start working
toward it.
Make sure all the members know the goal and affirm it at each meeting.
Share it with the visitors as well, make sure that they know you are not just a
social club. BNI is your business; it can be the main source of many members'
referrals.
